One year ago, the Republican National Committee released a report pinpointing sore spots for the Republican Party and lessons it had learned after losing two presidential elections in a row. The report became known as the GOP "Autopsy Report" — an analysis of all of the GOP's ailments and prescriptions for how to cure them.

In a moment of self-reflection, Republican leaders admitted that the party was alienating huge groups of voters, including young Americans and college students.
