Heritage's Needham Scolds Boehner For Denouncing The Tea Party

How dare he call Tea Party fringe hardliners, crazy!
Views:

Mike Needham is the Chief Executive Officer for Heritage Action for America, and Chris Wallace asked him what will be different with the House in different hands than John Boehner. Needham laments that the establishment Republicans in the House who once spoke of the Tea Party Caucus in these terms:

'If you give John Boehner 245 Republicans, we'll take the crazies that you hate, and make them irrelevant.'

Needham claims that no one in the Democratic Party turns on their own quite like John Boehner, who has long considered the Tea Party Caucus a lunatic asylum, and for good reason.

Needham, a very harsh critic of the Obama Administration, believes that the President is ''lawless.'

"The trouble with a lawless president is it's very difficult to constrain him because he doesn't care about the law," Needham opined. "He's totally out of control."

Michael Needham is a smug liar who purports that the Planned Parenthood fake video accurately claims that the suspects involved will purchase Lamborghinis from the sale of the fetal body parts. Naturally, no one corrected that whopper.

Needham wants a conservative leadership that values the things that the conservative base holds near and dear. Mainly, it's the whole Planned Parenthood canard that will be beaten like the dead horse that it is. Needham thinks that Planned Parenthood violated the public trust based on a video that is COMPLETELY fabricated. George Will claims that the next leader should change the line-up in addition to installing a new Speaker. Needham thinks it's more than stylistic changes.

A year and a half ago, the leadership was totally different from what it will be in six weeks when Boehner resigns. The duo of Speaker Boehner and Eric Cantor are now considered obsolete and a new group of fundamentalists like Dave Brat and Mark Meadows will obstinately obstruct any compromise with House Democrats and reasonable Republicans (if there are any left?). Needham is just thrilled with this change of fortune. Those who are trying to avoid a government shutdown, not so much. If you thought things were bad before, just wait. The inmates are in charge of the asylum, and they are not going to play nice with others.
