C&L's Sat Nite Chiller Theater: 'Love At First Bite' 1979

Join us tonight for a horror comedy classic.

And now for something different.

Mel Brooks' "Young Frankenstein" was a milestone for turning classic Universal horror movies into rip roaring comedy, but many people often forget George Hamilton's very funny turn playing Count Dracula.

NY Tmes:

QUITE unexpectedly, George Hamilton's Dracula turns out to be — pardon the expression — a scream. Mr. Hamilton's knack for comedy has been a well-kept secret until now, but he's certainly funny in "Love at First Bite," a coarse, delightful little movie with a bang-up cast and no pretensions at all.

I haven't seen this movie since 1980, but back then it did make me laugh, especially Artie Johnson's Renfield.
