I remember the first time I heard this song. It was during the time where grunge dominated college radio. It had that kind of thing to it but when the singer started I thought "Is the dj accidentally playing two records at once?"

The voice had a crooner thing going on. It caught me off guard but by the time the song was over I wanted to hear it again as it was something a little different (and pretty dang catchy) than most of what was being hyped as next big thing/"alternative" rock (on the radio for the most part at least) at that moment.

What are you listening to tonight?
