A few months ago, Jeb Bush said this:

Way too many people believe Republicans are anti-immigrant, anti-woman, anti-science, anti-gay, anti-worker, and the list goes on and on and on.

The problem for Jeb and the GOP honchos is that it's not that people "believe" these things. It's that Republicans are, in fact, anti-immigrant, anti-woman, anti-science, anti-worker -- and especially, anti-gay.

Which is why you find homophobic diatribes like this on one of the most-read Republican blogs.

...if you wonder how we find ourselves in a situation where opposing something that was a felony a decade ago now makes you a bigot and you are no longer sure whether than nice man across the street is a dog lover or thinks your Lab would make a wonderful bride, and your daughter introduces you to future husband and co-wives remember we worked hard to make this hash of a noble institution and we have no one to blame but ourselves.

Charming.

Good luck with that GOP rebrand, Jeb.
