Bachmann: Obama Certificate 'Should Settle' Birther Issue

Tea party favorite Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) has officially moved to the left of Donald Trump. The Minnesota Republican told ABC's George Stephanopoulos Wednesday that the certificate of live birth released by then-candidate Barack Obama in 2008 should satisfy "birthers" who don't believe he is a natural born U.S. citizen.
