The Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United opened the floodgates for unlimited, unregulated campaign spending by corporations and wealthy individuals. Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Ted Deutch proposed a constitutional amendment to undo the disastrous decision. The forum on how the Citizens United ruling has changed the American political landscape concluded with a presentation of "Citizen Koch" by the Academy Award-nominated filmmakers Carl Deal and Tia Lessin.
