Snowden Documents Reveal NSA Role In Targeted Drone Strikes

The U.S. government has never publicly acknowledged killing Hassan Ghul, identified as an Al Qaeda operative and close associate of Osama Bin Laden. Documents provided to the Washington Post by Edward Snowden confirm that he died in October 2012, along with revelations of the NSA’s involvement in the targeted killing program.
