John Boehner rails on during his final speech on the health care bill and attacks the Democrats for passing it.
Boehner:Shame on each and every one of you who substitutes your will and your desires above those of your fellow countrymen.
Boehner requested that David Obey allow a role call vote in an attempt to stall the evening's proceedings even further and was turned down. At least he wasn't crying and throwing the bill on the ground tonight.
