This Week with George Stephanopoulos acknowledges the passings of actor Van Johnson, former Teamsters President Ron Carey, journalist Robin Toner and pin-up girl Bettie Page. In addition, the Pentagon has released the names of two soldiers killed in Iraq. The total number of allied forces killed in Iraq now totals 4,525. The total number in Afghanistan now totals 1,029. During this same period, Iraq Body Count lists 144 Iraqi civilians killed.
