Anti-government gun owners are planning to show up at the Washington state Capitol in Olympia this weekend in an open attempt to be arrested for violating newly-installed rules against carrying weapons into legislative chambers.
Gavin Seim, the self-described “liberty speaker” who organized last month’s “We Will Not Comply” rally in Olympia, was arrested earlier this month for disrupting court proceedings.
