Bush Knows Obama...Now
”Jan Schakowsky told me about a recent visit she had made to the White House with a congressional delegation. On her way out, she said, President Bush noticed her ‘Obama’ button. ‘He jumped back, almost literally,’ she said. ‘And I knew what he was thinking. So I reassured him it was Obama, with a 'b.' And I explained who he was. The President said, 'Well, I don't know him.' So I just said, 'You will.' " (New Yorker, 5/31/2004)

I'm surprised Boosh still has cognitive functionality, considering is sickness.
Look, I know I shouldn’t be so sanctimonious about the inherent weakness of the human condition when it applies to victims of borderline personality disorder and the conservative right, which is the same thing. Lord knows they have a vast plethora of silly or otherwise stupid raison d'être to ingest whatever is handed to them, no matter how ludicrous and irrational, even those of them too dim to come up with a justification that rings factual next to their fallacious twaddle. Some of them even mull over their respective condition as a illness, like hairy knuckle syndrome or elephantiasis, which, like the religious right, is caused by parasitic worms. Scientists and all other rational people say that we should circumvent these people/worms, and prescribe for those unfortunate enough to surrender to this brain debilitating condition increased roughage, avoidance of moldy political rhetoric, and to not eat or otherwise pay attention to any pinhead who goes on about other disorders as patriotism or other molasses-based (textured) feeds. It must be said, however, that once the victim succumbs to this “compost”, absolute avoidance of GOP Polio is unattainable at this time. After doing everything "right," imbibers, child molesters, and people with just casual acquaintance with GOPeer “thinking” will still have increasing diminished realistic thought capacity
i hope he can give us direction to clean up this mess bush has brought upon us
Please don't use Boosh :( ....... The Might Boosh is a good thing, not chimp boy !

What a Douche.
way cool, Bush does know him now forsure! =)
The Bush bubble head. To bad it just wasn't a prize in a cerial box.
Why the surprise? Remember, this is a guy who has bragged about not watching TV news and never reading newspapers. Ignorance Rules!
It's kryptonite!
Or as the annoying host of Tales From the Crypt would say
It's crypt tonight!
LOL...Bush probably got scared someone actually found Osama Bin Missing :P
This country has no idea who they just voted for...
Jan should of had a button that read "The Hague".
Jaden @ 9:
To bush it's Osama Bin Forgotten
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot
chris @ 10:
Three and a half years ago is not "just".
Of course Bush doesn't know him. The worst president in U.S. history will never know one of the best.
I suppose he doesn't know Scott McClellan either. What does he know? Less than most 8th graders.
He will become real close friends when charges are brought against him and he wants a pardon.
Ron @ 17:
want to
Translation: "I am totally unaware of -- everything.
Alex, Know Your Next President for a thousand, please.
Bush: "Isn't this the guy who thinks you should talk to people instead of dropping nuclear weapons on them?"
Bush (Chimpy) is an idiot.
Bush doesn't know who Obama is? That's it. Obama, appoint Valerie Plame as your Attorney General.
Fast forward to October
Bush:
We found Weapons of Mass Destruction. They were in Barrack's senate office all the time.
She was smart not to explain to Boosh that Obama's middle name was Hussain. If she had, she would have been on the nex plane to Guantanamo baring the time they took to torture and waterboard her.
oh bush will know who Obama is....when he's in Paraguay.
Actually, the story has to be apocryphal. Bush is illiterate. He could not have read the button.
As if we need any more proof that this is the stupidest motherfucker who ever breathed the air in the White House
Presumably, the Obama button was on her jacket lapel which makes me wonder why G.W.Doosh was looking at this woman's chest?
LegallyBlonde @ 29:
Heterosexual men are attracted to women's breasts.
Get over it.
Are you sure he knows who Obama is Nicole?. He's not a very curious man and I doubt if any of his staff ever brought the name up.
chris @ 10:
Yes we do, too bad you don't have a clue!
yes the Republicans know Obama now...

Get over it?
No need to be rude
POdVet @ 33:
Good post. This is what we are up against. If enough of us fight back, we will win.
so he was looking for cleavage, eh?
poor twit.
POdVet @ 33:
WTF!
they need to be slapped for this - with a cinderblock.
POdVet @ 33:
The Keating 5 scandal makes this look like child's play.
DAYS UNTIL BOOSH LEAVE OFFICE
I'm guessing said button was shiny.
POdVet @ 33:
I tried to leave a comment at youtube; it wouldn’t take!
Peter G @ 31:
the shrub pretended to know Obama. he did not want to be caught not knowing something. I'm sure that his head started bobbing up and down while she was giving her explanation.
I knew that!
Hey !! don't bother him. He's busy designing the library. What could be more important? I put in my donation for the pet goat wing. So, chip in or shut up.
woodguy @ 38:
so does a campaign run by 115 lobbyists. :<|
UPCOMING SEQUELS to the boosh regime
Thats only the first case, and facing 300 years you can bet Rezko will turn states evidence. Then it's good bye Kool Aid hello Indictment!
Out with Mr. 28% and in with Mr. 25%! And to all those folks who drank the Hillary Kool-Aid saying Obama couldn't beat McBush. New CBS poll

Quick Kansas Obama poll vote if you have a second: http://www2.ljworld.com/
woodguy @ 38:
No it doesn't. Read up on the Keating five. The ultimate cost of the crisis is estimated to have totaled around $160.1 billion, about $124.6 billion of which was directly paid for by the U.S. government -- that is, the U.S. taxpayer.
Nice of you to bring an RNC smear vid to the site POdVet, and nice of you to pump up the volume on the bullfuckingshit woodguy. Are you two blogging for McCain?
Red Sox cap = Kryptonite to a Yankee fan
Obama button = Kryptonite to a Bushie!
ralph @ 43:
Too bad his former friends and aides are writing all the "not-so-awesome" books for it.
Considering the bubble bush lives in, he was probably more shocked by the raw un-sanitized reminder of the impending end of his presidency.
I'm not joking.
Oh, my, how I despise George Walker Bush. I'm glad he was ascairt of an Obama button. Maybe he had a premonition that someday that man would occupy the White House . . . and uncover all the cockroaches he's been hiding in there.
POdVet @ 46:
The cognitive dissonance of the average GOP troll is deafening.
Let me see if I get this straight: a slight connection with some slumlord bizness in Chicago = indictment.
The outing of a CIA agent, the compromising of national security, and the start of a war based on lies that has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis and 4 thousand American troops is like water under the bridge.
You know what pisses me off the most, the fact that you think that by making shit up about being a Vet you can peddle your brand of filth.
There has to be a special circle in hell of the likes of you..
chris @ 10:
Oh, but we know.
I can't wait for Obama to be inaugurated and watch how the heads of the likes of you exploding left and right. This country will be able to finally move forward, without the seer mass of reactionary bigoted assholes like you slowing us down... so I can't wait for January so that we can get rid of all the dead weight.
Orangutan. @ 35:
I think youse guys are a bit lost in this blog, life hasn't been the same since they closed down Free Republic, eh?
Imagine a man who has been president for four years, and doesn't know who all the Senators are!
He must think his business doesn't have so much to do with the federal government, but more with cutting brush and eating pretzels.
xoites defends Constitution @ 30:
Bush is heterosexual? Ha! I beg to differ!
Though there is noting wrong with homosexuals. But there is something wrong with Bush!
The Dude @ 54:
Amen!!
miss_kitty @ 49:
Thanks for completely misreading my post. What I meant, and quite clearly stated, is that the Resko case is much less important (makes it appear as child's play) compared to the Keating 5 scandal. Again, the bigger scandal (Keating 5) makes the smaller scandal (Resko) look like child's play. I don't know how much clearer I can make it for you. I guess what you read (erroneously) is, " This makes the Keating 5 scandal look like child's play." That's not what I wrote, and it is not what I meant. Just the opposite, in fact.
Thanks for the personal attack, though. You've obviously never read any of my many posts at this site or you'd realize just how ridiculous it is to accuse me of being a McShrub supporter.
Reading IS fundamental.
When I pay my visit to the White House, I'm gonna wear my OSama button, to scare the be-JEZUZ out of him.
>Look, I know I shouldn’t be so sanctimonious about the inherent weakness of the human condition when it applies to victims of >borderline personality disorder and the conservative right...
Carl, You are the man of my dreams!
Swan @ 57:
Come on. There must be ...like ...hundreds of 'em. Freaky stuff man.
Believe me Bush is far more scared of Obama than Osama...Bush loves Osama, why do you think he won't go after him, they made a deal...however Obama sends storms of shivering fear down the spines of Republicans and war profiteers...with Obama as President they can no longer plunder and pillage the American Treasury and the Third World...Osama and terrorism was a Godsend to Republicans that's why they invented created and nurture terrorism (terrorism is the new communism)...Obama on the other hand is a nightmare to Republicans...that's why when Bush sees an Obama button he quivers with fear!!! Obama has the power to give confidence back to the people so the people start acting responsably again.
chris @ 10:
Yeah, ain't it grand to have voted for a charming, inspiring, intelligent, educated, inquisitive, forward-thinking problem solver? I think so too. We win for a change.
Butt does bush know bush?
pickles looks frostier than:
http://vaiden.net/msinfo_files/frostie.gif
chris @ 10:
Of course the country doesn't
It's a party nomination
Not a general election.
That would be GREAT...if BO had done anything. I've asked this question before and no one can answer it, what has BHO done outside of getting elected to the Senate? He speaks of hope and change like its something new, remember isn't that what Bush said "I'm going to change the tone in Washington"? Where did that get us. You say charming, inspiring, intelligent, educated, inquisitive, forward-thinking problem solver, but what about tested, vetted, substantive, sound judgment? Aren't those things important. When the right points out poor judgment with those that BHO associates with its a smear, but is it really. We're considering this guy for the highest office in the land, and judgment about the people HE CHOOSES to associate with is extremely important, in my book.
But alas, with the left those things don't matter, the only thing that matters is that Bush is out and the only thing that changes is the man in the seat. I know this is a bash-bush site, and trust me I'm no bush fan...I think he's screwed up a lot, but I'm also an honest thinker, neither right nor left, but a thinker. BHO doesn't add up to me. I really think he's an empty suit. (and McCain is no better)
The Dude @ 56:
I didn't know that crazy-ass site was closed down.
Now these folks are all messed up with no place to go...
He should KNOW HIM. He's the one who gave, America this "gift of unintended consequences", Barack Hussein Obama.
Just when you think Bush couldn't be more ignorant than he already is, a whopper like this comes along.....
just a thought...does everyone realize the article was written in 04? Also it was in May, if my datebook serves me correctly that is BEFORE the DemoCon where BHO gave his speech...Just making sure those of us on this page realize this didn't happen yesterday.
To be fair, you could fill a million warehouses with the facts that George W. Bush doesn't know.
Bubble Boy.
The Dude @ 55:
That's going to be a big and painful job, I hope that one goes well !
Bouche! Always the last to know.
Har! Ah-skeered of uh pin! The moronic are often easily startled...
Bush is not a moron - he just plays one on TV.. think about it... That 'gee shucks', im a 'dumb-ass from texas' act is all he needs to retain un-accountability.. An obviously competent president would be held responsible for his deliberate mistakes, i would think... BTW, not a fan of Bush, just saying, dont get played by the right for fools....
Great story!
woodguy @ 60:
I misread it. I thought you'd gone crazy. I have read your posts. I read you backwards. Sorry :(
miss kitty.
All is forgiven. It takes a big (and unusual, these days) person to admit their errors. I thank you and look forward to reading your erudite posts at this site in the future.
