New York Times Columnist Paul Krugman Announces Retirement As Princeton Professor

PRINCETON -- New York Times columnist Paul Krugman announced today that he plans to retire from the faculty of Princeton University in 2015 to join the Graduate Center, City University of New York as a distinguished scholar.

Krugman made the announcement on his New York Times blog this morning and said his retirement would be effective June 2015, after the next academic year is finished.
