Former Minnesota Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R) cautioned this week that Christians needed to "wake up" and vote for Donald Trump because electing Hillary Clinton would "lead to even more sexual assaults against women."

In Tuesday radio interview that was obtained by Right Wing Watch, Bachmann told American Pastors Network President Sam Rohrer that the Clinton's campaign was trying to divide Christian evangelicals by focusing on Trump's leaked 2005 remarks about groping women.

"There's no similarity between what Donald Trump said 11 years ago and what Bill Clinton did," Bachmann opined. "Is sexual assault against women a big issue? You bet it is. And the best thing that Christian men can do is make sure that Hillary Clinton does not become president and the best thing that Christian women can do is make sure that Hillary Clinton does not become president."

"Donald Trump has already released a list of only pro-life judges that he will support," the former congresswoman promised. "Hillary Clinton will set a standard in this country that will lead to even more sexual assaults against women because she will be setting an anti-biblical agenda."

Rohrer agreed that Clinton was engaging in a "strategy of the left, of the devil."

"A Hillary Clinton ticket will be all about the things that we love, our freedom and so forth," he insisted.

According to Bachmann, liberal billionaire George Soros was plotting "ways to get into the Christian community to divide us."

"We need to wake up and resist these lies," she warned.
