“practical” and “sensible” solutions

read..."keeping the present private industry based system in place, so as to fleece the poor, enrich the insurance companies, continue the money flow to politicians...and when the system goes broke...get bailouts from government so the "economy" is not damaged."

The politicians in this country are $5 whores sucking cock in the back seats of limos.

The Right's ability to capitalize on people's sense of grievance must not be underestimated.

Resentment is about all the contemporary conservative movement has going for it in 2009.

I am so freaking mad about that Brad Blog story. Thanks to Brad for continuing to hammer on this.

In case anyone was wondering, Clay county has gone about 65% for Republicans according to the "official" results in 2002, 2004, and 2006.

when does widespread vote tampering and fraud cross into the realm of treason? elected officials and public servants using their power to sway elections, undermine democracy, and disenfranchise voters shows disloyalty to the country, and subverts the rule of law.

question: who here believes that this is the only case of this in the country? buehler?

follow-up question: where the fuck is congress?

but it's definitely illegal.

It can't be the only case, after the elections in 2000 and 2004, we know that's how those fuckers roll!

That's a damn good question!

I'm so sick of the Blue Dogs. It was the same crap with Clinton. They're screw over the country and their constituents, not just their party, all for some ego-fluffing. Some of them are ignorant enough on economics to believe their own BS. But none of them is so ignorant as to not know the politics of what they're doing - holding the rest of the country hostage.

Didn't we just help get him elected?

Sorry I missed this yesterday, the KY incident you pointed to from The Brad blog was a great find... Keep up the great work! The same commendations is sent to your colleagues, as well. Sometimes it seems you guys shoot these threads out so fast I have a hard time keeping up. :-/

In ending, I cannot forget to thank the "Maestro", I don't care how bad his bracket picks turn out to be. :-P
