After a nearly four month absence, This Week with Christiane Amanpour returns to their In Memoriam segment, acknowledging 7 service members who lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan this week. In point of fact, since 12/28/10, there have been 100 American service members lost in Iraq and Afghanistan.

According to iCasualties, the total number of allied servicemembers killed in Iraq is now 4765; in Afghanistan, 2,412, of which, 155 are Canadian. Since the beginning of 2011, Iraq Body Count lists 937 Iraq civilian deaths.
