Allan Colmes asked Pat Robertson about Delay's weird reading from "Matthew 7:21. at the 109th Congressional Prayer Service breakfeast where some people spoke of the Asian tsunami tragedy. He finishes reading, says nothing more, and sits back down.
To Robertson's credit, he didn't lend credence to any biblical reasons for the tragedy.
