On a personal note---I couldn't believe how much weight I gained since I got hurt back in '03. I used to be a 5' 7''---155 pound touring musician who was always at the local gym, but I can't exercise now since my injury. I avoided the scale in my bathroom for like nine months and finally weighed myself. I kept checking the settings, but the needle always said the same---I was 190 lbs--So--over a month ago I started Weight Watchers. I've lost 11 lbs. so far and joined their on line program...I had good results with WW'ers before and my goal is to get down to 165. It should help in my recovery also...Wish me luck.
