I was wondering when Rudy would put on the full frontal 9/11 assault ad. He calls it "Freedom." I call it despicable. Fear-mongering is his only friend. Joe Biden said it the best:

Biden: “…And the irony is, Rudy Giuliani, probably the most under qualified person since George Bush to seek the presidency, is here - talking about any of the people here. Rudy Giuliani. I mean think about it, Rudy Giuliani, there’s only three things he mentions in a sentence — a noun and a verb and 9/11 and I mean, there’s nothing else. There’s nothing else.” (video)

I'm surprised his wife didn't call him in the middle of filming it. BushCo. has done quite a bit to chip away some of our basic freedoms as it is. Let's ask the Ranks: (08/17/07)

On July 4, 2004, Nicole and Jeffery Rank attended President Bush's speech at the West Virginia State Capitol. They were handcuffed, arrested and charged with trespassing for wearing anti-Bush T-shirts. They sued the federal government. Yesterday they settled their suit for $80,000.

When you get arrested for wearing protest T-shirts at a Bush event, I'd say that's attacking "freedom as well, don't you?

Jim Kuhnhenn's analysis is a bit off:

For weeks, Giuliani has portrayed himself as the leader who oversaw the social and economic turnaround of a city. But he had kept his role during the hours and days after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks out of his on

Has Jim been paying attention to Rudy at all? (h/t Kathy)
