Samsung Outs The Galaxy Core Advance With Ageing Specs

KOREAN PHONE MAKER Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Core Advance smartphone on Monday, complete with ageing specifications.

Samsung will release the Galaxy Core Advance in early 2014, and it clearly is aimed at budget conscious shoppers. This is confirmed by the handset's low-end specifications, which include a 4.7in 480x800 TFT LCD display, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM.

The Galaxy Core Advance will arrive with Google's Android 4.2 Jelly Bean mobile operating system rather than its newer Android 4.4 Kitkat version, and Samsung will skin this with its own custom Touchwiz user interf...
