State Senator Steve Pierce can't see where the discrimination is in that Arizona anti-gay bill, but the backlash is enough for him to call it a mistake.

I love the way these guys all of a sudden say "Oops, we blew that one. How could we not have seen that discrimination inside of a bill intended to discriminate?"

How about we just be honest, Senator Pierce, and tell the world you fully intended to sneak this one by and into law now that the Great Medicaid Wars are over? Sitting there and looking suddenly shocked that a bill intended to mimic Jim Crow laws has no discriminatory provisions just makes you look stupid.

Can you help us out?
