Yeah, Donald Trump said this about Jimmy Carter, who is not dead and isn't near death and especially isn't nearly as stupid as Donald Trump is.

He also said these things:

I can only assume Republicans are engaged in an epic race to the bottom where the dumbest of them gets the 2016 nomination. Trump is clearly angling for that, but he'll have to fight Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz for the honor.
