Bill Maher nailed all those voters who keep voting for the same politicians even when they're mired in scandal and morality issues. Think Michael Grimm, Mark Sanford, and Scott DesJarlais, who manage somehow to land back in Congress despite their behavior.

Besides the line in the title, another memorable one was when he said, "We need a new definition of insanity and it's having a Congress with an 8 percent approval rating and re-electing almost all of them."
