Let's look at who is framing the debate, shall we? Oh, well since Marco Rubio screamed like a shrieking harpy at the Cuba deal, he gets the honors.

It appears that the beltway media believes Sen. Marco Rubio is the only person qualified to discuss...er..I mean criticize the new deal the United States has cut with Cuba to restore relations. Who could have guessed? Senator John McCain was the only Republican taking a hard stand against torture and supporting the Senate Torture Report, but he was nowhere to be found last week.
