It looks like Josh Duggar never landed at the rehab place in Illinois, and I guess we care at least enough to wonder if he's really home molesting his sisters again. Or maybe he is granting some family members' wish that he simply disappear for good?
Not a soul in Rockford, Illinois has actually spotted Josh Duggar among the individuals receiving treatment at RU. He hasn’t been seen coming or going from any of the mandatory church services at North Love Baptist Church. This is especially odd considering the rules at Reformers Unanimous posted on their website claim it would be a mandatory part of everyone’s recovery process at RU. There has been absolutely no sightings of Josh anywhere in Rockford or RU. No sightings at all.
Where, oh where could he have gone?
There are other possibilities. Josh Duggar could have left, checked himself out and returned home to his wife Anna and his family. He could have refused to enter the facility too. The only word we have that he is in a rehab is the statement on the Duggar family website. Josh Duggar could be sitting on the sofa in his basement playing Xbox and eating pizza while everyone believes he’s away.
But there is another possibility. According to publicly available flight plans on file with the FAA on August 27th, the Duggar plane went to Paragould, Arkansas and stayed much of that day before flying back to Springdale. There is no clear reason for theDuggars to be in Paragould. No known friends live there, it is across the state from their home and they own no businesses or land in Paragould.
There are a few ministries and Christian-based therapy places in the Paragould area. Most treat women with chemical addictions. One of the places where it is possible Josh might be at in Paragould is the Grace Mission Bible Training Center. Grace lists addiction treatment as one of the services they offer.
Here's the only reason I care. Josh Duggar is a deeply disturbed man who has been raised in a culture of sex-shaming and secrecy. He needs help. He's done enough damage already, and now he needs help to overcome his upbringing.
The problem is, he isn't going to get it at one of these faux therapy centers that hammer him with still more shame and more piety.
