Stephen Colbert spent a few minutes Tuesday night on the Bundy Boys and their occupation at the Malheur Refuge. But instead of being judgmental and mean, Colbert had a few ideas for how to help them.

"Why not just let them stay, and name it the Ammon Bundy Preserve for the Armed and Cranky?," Colbert asked.

He continued, "These confused, fragile, armed creatures need somewhere to live where civilization won't upset them. Sadly, there's no hope of establishing a breeding program because frankly, it's a bit of a sausage fest."

Colbert then turned to the sad, sorry state of affairs up at the refuge, particularly their shortage of snacks.

"And while these men might be great patriots, they're not great planners, because evidently they didn't pack a lot of food. So they turned to Facebook yesterday and asked people to send supplies, snacks, anything," Colbert shared.

"Snacks! What heroic, go-it-alone mountain men always needed. Gogurt, string cheese and Lunchables."

Help is on the way, though. Watch through to the end where he rescues these poor snackless rebels from their fates.
