C&L's Saturday Night Chiller Theater: Evil Dead (1981)

In anticipation of the new release!

The man with the chainsaw paw and the "S-Mart" boomstick ("Shop smart. Shop S-Mart.") is back... come with us now to see where he learned his trade.

"Evil Dead" gave Sam Raimi his start as a director, introduced the world to Bruce Campbell ("The Laurence Olivier of bad movies") and his mighty chin. The Coen Brothers lent a hand in its editing and learned a thing or two about marketing in the process, and Stephen King loves the thing.

So settle in all you primative screwheads...

...and enjoy tonight's feature presentation.
