During the presidential campaign, Donald Trump attacked Hillary Clinton, based on a discredited book, as being corrupt for allegedly selling access to the White House so the Clinton Foundation could turn a profit.

But as soon as he became the president-elect, it appears like his family is already selling out the oval office in exchange for millions of dollars. And it's happening the day after the inauguration!

The Center for Public Integrity is reporting, "A new Texas nonprofit led by Donald Trump’s grown sons is offering access to the freshly-minted president during inauguration weekend — all in exchange for million-dollar donations to unnamed “conservation” charities, according to interviews and documents reviewed by the Center for Public Integrity. And the donors’ identities may never be known."

Wow, just wow.

MSNBC's Hallie Jackson did a segment on this breaking story earlier today with reporter Katy Tur.

Tur said, "TMZ first uncovered a brochure for this event and the Center for Public Integrity went further, digging into it and they found Donald trump's sons and a few others are offering donors who give more than a million dollars, two things. One, a private reception with 16 guests with president-elect Donald Trump in Washington, D.C., the day after the inauguration and second, a multi day hunting trip with his two sons."

The Trump family is wasting no time in cashing in.

The brochure is saying that all the proceeds are going to conservation charities, but they will remain anonymous because it's not a Super PAC.

She continued, "Is the Trump family selling access to the president-elect with a charitable donation? It's exactly what Donald Trump accused Hillary Clinton of doing on the campaign trail. He campaigned against this saying the Clinton Foundation was selling access to Hillary Clinton while she was in the state department. He called it corrupt."

Tur then hit the nail on the head and said, "It seems that when it's done by the other side it's not okay, but when done by Donald Trump and ostensibly the GOP, it is okay."

IOKIYAR or IOKIYAT (It's OK if you are Trump)

Naturally, Katy. Trur always shows no fear even after being bullied during the campaign. Just be careful when you're out there covering Trump and his many lies.

As you well know, his supporters are not fooling around and he's made the media one of his central targets.

Is it any wonder that Trump keeps cancelling his press conferences?

Trump probably would say since he's so rich, nobody can influence him so he can sell access all day long without being compromised and his supporters will be fine with it.

But you know, Donald did pay off his lawsuits with money that came from his own charity!

And don't forget, it's fundraiser time!

So please, donate whatever you can.

And if you can afford it, a recurring payment of ten to twenty five dollars a month would be awesome too.

Update:

A spokesman very carefully denied the allegation that the Trump boys were involved in the event being promoted, but stopped short of denying their involvement in the charity.

Can you help us out?
