Scaramucci On The View: Bannon Has White Supremacist 'Tendencies'
And then Mario Cantone comes on and does "the Mooch" (and not in a nice way!).
I told the editors here at C&L that if I had to write about
1. Anthony Scaramucci
talking about
2. Steve Bannon
and his
3. White supremacist "tendencies"
I was gonna need a Karen Silkwood shower afterwards.
Basically Mooch said that Steve Bannon has a "messianic complex" and that all you have to do is read Breitbart to see the white supremacist "tendencies" that Bannon brings to the table: "If you read Breitbart, it’s got a lot of that white nationalist economic fervor."
I really liked how impersonator Mario Cantoni (The President Show on Comedy Central) surprised Scaramucci, not only by showing up on the show, but being below-the-surface mean/honest with his act.
"He's my doppelganger. Wasn't that the movie Ted Cruz was watching? Doppel-Ganger?"
"I gotta message for Sarah Huckabee Sanders. There's an old Italian expression, that we use when something's not gonna last so long. Rent. Don't buy."
The two men are given a "game" where they have to spin some fake news, including an item that Melania voted for Hillary. Cantoni's Mooch spins it:
"Look, cut her some slack. The girl never voted before. She comes from a third-world country where they vote by throwing a rock at a goat."
