On Monday's Special Report, Brit Hume told Fox News that Trump's attacks on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis are fueled by his anger at being thought of as "a loser" by Republican voters.

Special Report host Bret Baier asked the former Fox News host about DeSantis' road trip to Ohio, with Trump and his cultists repeatedly attacking the Florida governor.

"Obviously, Mr. Trump recognizes that this governor who just won reelection by nearly 20 points is at the moment in the eyes of most people a winner, whereas he, Mr. Trump, although there’s skeptics about how it happened, was a loser," Hume said.

Ouch.

"And he hates that. Trump really doesn’t like that," he said. "And therefore, he doesn’t like DeSantis."

Hume doesn't believe Trump's tactics from 2016 would be as effective in 2024. You mean like a number of white people in critical states being convinced by media and Facebook to vote for Trump "as a joke"? Yer right, Brit!

How dare anyone on Fox News call Trump a loser? Just because he's lost two midterms and a general election? Sheesh.

Trump has only one political tactic: attacking any rival with a juvenile nickname and offensive remarks.
