TX Republicans Mocked For Call To 'Reclaim The Rainbow' From LGBTQ

In 1978, openly gay artist Gilbert Baker designed the first rainbow flag. But now, even though it never belonged to Texas Republicans, they want to "reclaim" it from the LGBTQ community. I can't even believe I'm typing this because it's seriously stupid.

And they want you to buy a T-shirt to do it. The Bible passage, Genesis 9:13-15, referenced on the shirts, reads: "I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind."

Lucky you, it's discounted from $30 to $23.
