Former Vice President Mike Pence is finally getting it and lashed out on Twitter (can you even imagine Pence lashing out?) to say, "Our country is more important than one man. Our constitution is more important than any one man's career."
This tweet, in particular, seemed to have upset Donald Trump Jr. because he wants to break up with Mike now.
The Newsmax host asked Junior about that tweet.
"Yeah, listen, I'd always gotten along with Mike Pence," Junior said. "I don't think I've taken any shots at him."
"I'm not sure what lane he's ever running in," he continued.
"But when I read that, knowing what happened and having been in the room for some of these things, honestly, I was wrong to have thought as highly of him as I had in the past," he added. "That was a mistake. And I don't admit those things too lightly."
How sad:(
If you haven't read the indictment, you can access it here. It's damning. Special Counsel Jack Smith proves that Trump knew the election was legitimate, but he lied anyway as he and his co-conspirators orchestrated plots to overturn Joe Biden's victory. Junior knows that, too.
