In probably one of the most anti-American remarks, Donald Trump admitted this week that he wants the economy to crash during the next year because it will help him secure the 2024 presidential election. That's shocking, but this is the same guy who launched a social media platform solely to demean his successor daily. We knew he wanted America to fail because it would help him, but now he said it out loud. Even worse, his supporters don't care that their candidate would rather see this country burn to the ground if he doesn't get his way.
Bidenomics is working, and the praise has been pouring in from both sides of the aisle. Of course, Aunt Lulu and Uncle Dork think they're starving with Joe Biden at the helm, but the data doesn't lie. And with Trump in charge, we had to deal with empty shelves at the grocery stores. There was no toilet paper. The GDP fell by 8.9 percent in the second quarter of 2020. Refrigerated trucks were being used as morgues, and all because Trump bungled his response to the pandemic.
And Trump left office in disgrace with the worst job numbers since Herbert Hoover. That's a fact. And that's a shame since he said:
"And when there's a crash, I hope it's going to be during these next twelve months because I don't want to be Herbert Hoover," he continued, referring to the president when the Great Depression hit in 1929. "The one president—I just don't want to be Herbert Hoover."
President Joe Biden dropped a truthbomb on Lumpy to remind him that he's already past that point.
"He's acknowledging that my economy is doing pretty darn well because he doesn't want that to continue," Biden said in a video clip released on Xitter. "And by the way, the idea that he wants to see a crash in the next 12 months doesn't want to be Herbert Hoover."
"He has to understand he's already Herbert Hoover," he added. "He's the only other president who lost jobs during his term."
I love how Biden calmly packs a punch with the truth on his side. Lumpy is Herbert Hoover with a weird makeup artist.
