President Donald Trump attended the Presidents Cup at Medinah Country Club in Chicago, Illinois, over the weekend, where 12 US players went head-to-head against 12 international players at his most favorite thing: golf.
But it seems that even all of those clubs, little white balls, and perfectly manicured green grass weren't enough to lift Donnie's spirits, as a hot mic caught him telling his staff he just wanted to go home.
Following the US team's victory, Trump stopped to pose with the trophy and mingle with the players.
While the crowd noise and music often made it hard to decipher exactly what he was saying, the hot mic picked up a few key moments.
After shaking hands with the US team captain Brandt Snedeker, Trump can be heard telling him, "You're going to go down in history."
At that point, the president turns away from the players and appears to tell his staff, "I'd like to go home," as the other players begin to walk away from him. Trump and his staff appeared to continue to speak back and forth a bit, but a song by Trump-hater P!nk begins to play and effectively drowns out the rest of the conversation.

According to the White House Press Pool account on X, reporters assembled for the medal presentation at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, and Donald Trump was high-tailing it to his motorcade within 40 minutes.

While we don't have any solid confirmation as to why Donald was so eager to get back "home" to the People's House, we can certainly venture a guess that being called a "f--king pedophile" could have had a little something to do with his dour mood.
Trump was introduced at the event by PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp, who supposedly requested that the president make a speech, but Trump claimed he didn't have "the courage" to do so, instead telling the crowd, "The fake news media will say I got a very bad reception."
"These people want to see golf," Donald told the crowd. "They don't want to hear speeches. I'll only say this: Our country is doing great, better than ever before."
About that time, a man could be heard shouting from the crowd, "You're a f--king pedophile, Donald!" -- and he certainly wasn't a lone protester.

The president's appearance at the Chicago golf club drew hundreds of protesters who lined the streets outside the venue. One of those protesters, Allison Galvan, told local ABC7 Chicago, "He's not welcome. We are wanting to send that message loud and clear."
A gaggle of the president's supporters also gathered around the venue, and the two groups clashed, ultimately leading to police intervention.
Recent reporting has indicated that the president has spent his second term in office living in a state of delusion, completely disconnected from the reality of how Americans actually feel about him in the real world -- instead opting to constantly surround himself with people like Natalie Harp, who will only ever sing his praises and feed his delusion.
It seems that even a small dose of reality didn't sit well with the big guy.
