With midterm elections right around the corner and his very presidency and quite possibly his freedom hanging in the balance, President Donald Trump is clearly working hard to keep his priorities straight, as he spun out in an absolutely unhinged meltdown over an apparently unflattering photo of his Doral, Florida golf club used in a recent piece by the New York Times.
The Times used a featured image of Donald's Trump National Doral Miami in an article titled, "An Outrage in 2019. No Problem in 2026. Trump Has Moved the Ethical Line," that highlighted how the president has managed to utterly decimate what was once considered presidential norms and standards in this country.
But it seems that Trump was less concerned about what the Times wrote and far more concerned about the photo they used.
Taking to his Truth Social echo chamber in not just one, but two deranged posts, the president tailspinned into an out-and-out meltdown because the Times' photo of his Doral golf club -- which showed the club looking yellowed and blackened and, frankly, in desperate need of some TLC -- made his beloved building look "shoddy, filthy, and just plain BAD."
"This is what I have to deal with on a constant basis — Artificial News! The Times is a CROOKED outfit that caters to Lunatics who want to see our Country fail," Trump fumed in his first post. "Its numbers are way down due to lack of credibility, and this posting is just a small sample of what I have had to put up with, each and every day, for many years!"

He included a side-by-side of the photo of his club used by the Times and one he claims is accurate.

But he was far from done.
He then directed his ire into a vicious personal attack against Times chief White House correspondent Peter Baker, who penned the article featuring the unflattering photo, as well as his long-time enemy Maggie Haberman.
"Guys like Liddle’ Peter Baker, and Maggot HAGerman, are Third Rate Reporters, who I haven’t spoken to in years, but who write about me constantly, never fact checking, or caring, about whether or not their story is true," he raged. "Some day in the not too distant future The Times will be forced to close its dirty doors, and that will be a Great Day for America!"
Evidently, though, he still had more to get off his chest as he penned a follow-up post a few hours later, still melting down over the New York Times and the Doral photo, writing, "These people are STONE COLD LOSERS—Totally dishonest. That’s why they’re going TO HELL, and their subscription numbers are way down."

Personally, I can't help thinking that sounds exactly like something a disgruntled toddler would say.
