Smith took no chances and taped a full blown apology for his offensive remarks when discussing domestic abuse relating to the horrid decision by the NFL to suspend Ray Rice only two games for apparently knocking out his girlfriend in an elevator. However, he then tried to say he articulated his earlier remarks? Huh? WTF?
