Something a little different tonight. Not your average rock band and certainly not your average World Music assemblage. Las Rubias del Norte was actually the brainchild of two very talented Classical singers; Emily Hurst and Allyssa Lamb, who thought it would be a rewarding and challenging experience to comb the hefty annals of Latin American Music and toss in their two cents and come up with something truly unique.

And Las Rubias del Norte is unique. Having been together a little over four years they've gotten a good word of mouth going world wide. With three albums to their credit. Tonight it's a track off their latest album and the haunting French tune J'Attends un Navire.
