It seems that FNC has brought their "fair and balanced" approach to President Bush's Supreme court nominee via the FOX FACTS.

No matter who Bush picks the FOX FACTS has the right stuff: I'm so glad his pick will decide to use the constitution in their rulings.

I'm very impressed that the person won't be a crook or an idiot either.

So we can be sure that Bush will not pick an ideologue that wants to do away with individual rights and Roe v Wade. They will embrace the New Deal and protect the rights of minorities while sustaining the seperation between church and state.
