The Throwing Of Tim Russert Under The Bus

Libby's testimony stated that Rove had told him about his contact with Novak and that Libby had told Rove about information he had gotten about Wilson

Libby's testimony stated that Rove had told him about his contact with Novak and that Libby had told Rove about information he had gotten about Wilson's wife from NBC's Tim Russert, according to a person familiar with the information shown to Rove...

Russert denies it:

Libby's version doesn't mesh with Judy Miller's time line from June 23rd:

"My notes indicate that well before Mr. Wilson published his critique, Mr. Libby told me that Mr. Wilson's wife may have worked on unconventional weapons at the C.I.A"

Who to believe? It's clear that charges are coming down. There is too much lying going on. I wonder if Tim will do a segment on it this Sunday?<snark> Jane thinks that Tim isn't quite coming clean.
