Media reports in the United States say President Bush's new Iraq strategy calls for sending as many as 20,000 additional troops to Baghdad and spending up to $1 billion on a jobs program for Iraqis.

One little sentence, so much wrong. As Gregory pointed out, it appears the whole "War in Iraq" is nothing but a jobs program--for Halliburton.
