As noted earlier, Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law Chairwoman Linda Sánchez ruled to reject the White House's privilege claims as a basis for refusing to comply with the Committee's subpoena for White House documents, and the ruling was upheld by the Subcommittee.
