With the Eagles' win on Sunday night against the Dallas Cowboys, the Eagles (10-6) will be the No. 3 seed and face the sixth-seeded New Orleans Saints (11-5).

By beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 42-17, on Sunday, the New Orleans Saints clinched the final NFC wild card spot.

Going into the day, the Eagles -- who beat the Cowboys, 24-22 -- could have faced the Saints, the San Francisco 49ers, the Arizona Cardinals or the Carolina Panthers in the first round of the playoffs, depending on Sunday's outcomes.
