Let's look at who is framing the debate on Sunday morning talk, shall we? Oh, since it involves the police in NYC, New York Police Commissioner William Bratton and Rudy Giuliani will be featured.

Since some of the police in the NYPD are turning their backs on Mayor de Blasio in a political protest, NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton is taking center stage.
