Is Hastert Hiding In Wisconsin?
May 31, 2015

Nearly 100 years ago, Wisconsin was known as the favored getaway spot for notorious criminals and outlaws like Al Capone, Bugs Moran and John Dillinger.

It appears that hasn't changed much. Indicted and disgraced former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert is suspected of hanging low in Wisconsin as well:

A former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives may be hiding out in Wisconsin.

Dennis Hastert owns property in Crawford County, in the village of Eastman. Eastman is about 15 minutes northeast of Prairie du Chien.

Hastert has not been seen or heard from since he was indicted - accused of lying to the FBI, paying out millions in hush money to conceal sexual misconduct allegations.

Oddly, there is only one crook and liar that makes an effort to spend as little time as possible in Wisconsin...
