Sure, we are subjected to Beltway Republican enabler Matthew Dowd every damned Sunday on "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos' roundtable discussion. Did the suits upstairs at ABC decide that he was too liberal for Trump Russia week?
Perhaps the proximity to Halloween caused ABC to go nuts and select Brian Kilmeade as a panelist? That's right, the serious news folks at one of the big three major network news outlets had to drudge up the guy who is not even considered the 'smart one' on Fox and Friends!
Brian Kilmeade. Who has a book out on Andrew Jackson. Because of course he does.
ABC This Week clearly has some sort of arrangement that if you have a book out, no matter how right-wing stupid, it gets you on the show. See Michelle Malkin in 2009, for instance. There's no other explanation for having these bozos as panelists. It's quid pro quo with his literary agent.
[Subsequent research discovered that Kilmeade's book is represented by Bob Barnett who also represents...The Obamas. Coincidence?]
Roland Martin took the time to smack the hypocritical Fox "News" double standard of bemoaning the NFL for taking a knee (to protest the indiscriminate killing of innocent Black American men by law enforcement, sans penalty) while excusing the Russians who have attacked the integrity of our elections.
Even Matthew Dowd was sick of hearing Kilmeade's Kabuki theater. He equated 'Fox and Friends' resident dipsh*t's assertions and the current uranium stupidity as equivalent to 'Houdini or David Copperfield theater.' Kilmeade is very proud of the fact that he knows about Fusion GPS taking over the Steele investigation, except David Corn revealed that fact BEFORE the 2016 election. This is not news.
Fox's most ridiculous claim: there was no foreign element to Paul Singer's funding of opposition research on Trump, that is until Hillary conspired with the RUSSIANS to LOSE the election and take over the 'dossier.' Boy howdy, she showed them.
