Matthew Dowd on ABC's This Week: The Republican Party as we know it, the party of Ronald Reagan, the party of George W. Bush, is gone. The party now is the Donald Trump party. Eighty percent or 85 percent of the Republican voters, regardless of what the Republicans say in Washington that walk around the halls of the Capitol Hill and say what they think the Republican Party is, that party is long gone.
