Under the name Earthen Sea, Jacob Long has been creating sounds that are an aural equivalent to soft-focused photography of fog covered lakes and wooded areas at dusk. Natural colors and shapes viewed through a misty haze and become distorted through technical aberrations and manipulations. This latest release, Grass And Trees, is a dubbed out affair to dissolve into topiary such sounds revere.
