Steve Bannon, who was pardoned on Trump's last day in office for his grift in the We Build the Wall scam, was served with a subpoena issued by Jack Smith's office in the January 6th insurrection probe.

Bannon is already facing a four-month jail sentence for Contempt of Congress and is now in the crosshairs of the special counsel.

NBC reports that the subpoena covers documents and testimony surrounding the Capitol riot on January 6th, as well as efforts to try and stop the peaceful transfer of power to President-elect Joe Biden.

On January 5th, Bannon called his minions to DC, promising that it was "not going to go down the way anyone expects."

Traitorous Trump supporters must not and cannot be allowed to get away with their heinous actions after Trump lost the 2020 presidential election by almost eight million votes.

By the way, as Reuters reminds us, "Bannon still faces New York state money laundering and conspiracy charges over the wall under an indictment from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg."
