Rep. Nancy Pelosi took a minute to remark on former President Donald Trump's third indictment, saying he looked like a 'scared puppy.'
"I wasn't in the courtroom, of course, but when I saw him coming out of his car and this or that, I saw a scared puppy," she said. "He looked very, very, very concerned about the fate."
The thrice-indicted, sex abuser former President took to his Truth Social platform this morning to lash out at the former House Speaker over the remark.
"I purposely didn't comment on Nancy Pelosi's very weird story concerning her husband, but now I can because she said something about me, with glee, that was really quite vicious," he said.
'"I saw a scared puppy," she said, as she watched me on television, like millions of others, that didn't see that,' he added. "I wasn't "scared." Nevertheless, how mean a thing to say! She is a Wicked Witch whose husbands journey from hell starts and finishes with her. She is a sick & demented psycho who will someday live in HELL!"
So, Trump, a 77-year-old man, admits that he's only lashing out at Pelosi because she said he looked scared. And honestly, Pelosi's remarks made the thin-skinned one-term President look human. She wasn't vicious. I swear, sometimes I think he will go for the insanity defense.
This is the part that probably made him freak out, though.
"I didn't see any bravado or confidence or anything like that," Pelosi said. "He knows, he knows the truth that he lost the election, and now he's got to face the music."
That's not "a mean thing to say." It's factual. Aren't you guys tired of coddling a 77-year-old baby, too?
After that, Trump launched an all-caps tirade against Special Counsel Jack Smith.
