Fox News guests Clay Travis and Ameshia Cross disagreed on Sunday over whether former President Donald Trump deserves a pardon.
During a panel discussion on the Fox News Media Buzz program, Travis argued that President Joe Biden could become an "uniter" by pardoning Trump.
"Also pardon his own son, say, let's go ahead and put all this behind us, and let's get going with 2024," Travis opined before complaining, "They're trying to put Donald Trump in prison for the rest of his life while he's running to be president of the United States."
"We've never seen anything like this!" Travis exclaimed.
"Trying to steal an election, we've never seen anything like it," Cross chimed in. "We also have never seen anything in this country like January 6th."
"Oh, stop!" Travis groaned. "Jan. 6 is like a pinprick of what happened during the BLM riots."
"I let you talk," Cross observed. "There was a sitting US president who was calling into state offices across the country trying to nullify the votes of everyday Americans."
"There is no amount of a pardon that should come for a former president who, one, did not act like a president and, two, did not uphold the values of our democracy," she added.
